FrameCounsel Academy is developing forensic video analysis courses designed for CLE accreditation. We are actively seeking accreditation partnerships with state bar associations. Build practical forensic video analysis skills for your practice.
Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits are required by most US state bars to ensure attorneys maintain and update their professional knowledge throughout their careers.
Most states require attorneys to complete a specified number of CLE hours annually or biennially. Requirements typically range from 12 to 24 hours per reporting period, with a portion dedicated to ethics or professional responsibility.
FrameCounsel Academy courses qualify for CLE credit because they provide substantive legal education on forensic evidence analysis, ethical obligations in digital evidence handling, and courtroom skills for video-based cases.
We are working toward CLE accreditation across all US jurisdictions. Interested state bar representatives can contact us at academy@framecounsel.com.
CLE accreditation is in progress. We are actively engaging with state bar associations to secure approval for our forensic video analysis curriculum. Check back for updates on accepted jurisdictions, or contact us to express interest from your state bar.
Each course will include video lessons, practical exercises, and a completion assessment. Courses are in development.
Core concepts of forensic video analysis for criminal defense, including evidence integrity, basic analysis techniques, and report generation.
Ethics of handling digital evidence, Brady/Giglio obligations for video evidence, and attorney responsibilities when using AI-assisted analysis tools.
Using FrameCounsel contradiction detection to prepare cross-examination strategies based on inconsistencies between video evidence and witness statements.
Qualifying as an expert witness on forensic video analysis, Daubert standard compliance, and effective courtroom presentation of video findings.
Protecting attorney-client privilege when using AI tools, data security obligations, and ethical considerations for on-device vs. cloud-based analysis.
Techniques for synchronizing and analyzing multiple video sources, building composite timelines, and presenting multi-angle evidence in court.
Once accredited, here is how the process will work.
Watch all lessons, complete the exercises, and pass the course assessment with the required minimum score.
Upon completion, a certificate of attendance is generated automatically with your name, course details, and credit hours earned.
For most states, we report your credits directly to the bar. For states requiring self-reporting, we provide pre-filled forms.
All CLE courses are included free with your FrameCounsel license. No additional fees, no separate subscriptions.
